Agreement Overview
This Author Agreement governs the relationship between you (the Author) and ZMZ Publication regarding the publication of your work.
Author Representations
You represent that you are the sole author or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for the work. The content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Copyright & Ownership
You retain full copyright ownership of your original work. ZMZ Publication receives a limited license to reproduce, distribute, and market your work through agreed channels.
Royalties
Authors receive up to 80% royalty on net profits from book sales as per their selected publishing plan.
Distribution
Books will be distributed through channels specified in the selected publishing plan, including ZMZ Library, Amazon India, Flipkart, and other platforms.
Content Standards
ZMZ Publication reserves the right to decline publication of content that is illegal, defamatory, plagiarized, or violates community standards.
