Our policy on refunds for publishing services.
General Policy
ZMZ Publication strives for complete author satisfaction. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the publishing process and services already rendered.
Before Production Begins
If you cancel before any production work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
During Production
Once production work has started, refunds are calculated based on completed work. Completed services are non-refundable.
After Publication
No refunds are available once the book has been published and distributed.
